Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars. HST is added at checkout where it applies. We may change prices; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Made to order
Most products are made fresh after you order. Please allow about 2 days. We'll email you when your order is ready.
Pickup & delivery
Pickup details are sent by text once your order is ready. Local delivery and shipping fees are shown at checkout. Please make sure someone can receive perishable items.
Subscriptions (auto-restock)
When you choose auto-restock, you authorize us to charge the card you used at the interval you picked, at the subscription price, until you cancel. You can skip, pause, change flavours or cancel any time from your account before the next renewal date. We'll email you if a renewal payment fails.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel an order for a full refund until we start making it. Because our products are food made to order, we can't accept returns once it's made — but if something is wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours at orders@gawdyumm.ca and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Custom orders
Custom orders are quoted individually. A deposit may be required before we start, and custom orders can't be refunded once production begins.
Allergens & nutrition
Our kitchen handles milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, gluten and other allergens. Always read the label on your product. Nutrition information is from lab testing of our recipes; natural variation happens. Our products are food, not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure anything.
Accounts
Keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed from your account. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
